Upgrade, pay, and find your receipts

Every site starts on Free, which has no time limit. You choose a plan for each site, at any time. The card on file, billing details and receipts belong to the workspace, so they are in one place for all your sites.

Choose or change a plan

Plans are chosen on each site, in the site's own Plans page.

1. From your dashboard, open Settings.
2. Under Workspace, go to Billing.
3. In the Sites table, find the site and select Choose a plan (or Change plan if it is already on a paid plan).
4. On the Plans page, pick Pro or Business, then follow the payment steps. Before you pay, the page says what is charged today and when it renews.

You can also open the site in the editor, open Settings from the site menu at the top of the left rail, and go to Plans. If your workspace has only one site, any Upgrade or See plans link in the dashboard or the editor takes you straight there. If your sign-up link named a plan, that plan is already selected for you.

You pay by card. Choose monthly or yearly at checkout. Yearly costs 20 percent less.

Card, billing details and receipts

1. From your dashboard, open Settings.
2. Under Workspace, go to Billing.

On that page you will find:

• View receipts, a list of every payment on this workspace.
• Update billing details, where you set the name, address and tax number that print on your receipts.
• Payment method, with an Update button for changing the card on file.
• Sites, listing every site with its plan, the date it renews, what it costs, and a Choose a plan or Change plan button.

Every receipt reads "FASTCLOUD (UEN 53428940A). No GST charged." Prices are in US dollars.

Add credits without changing plan

If you have run out of AI credits but the plan is otherwise right, a workspace admin can buy 100 extra credits for US$29 from Settings and Usage in the dashboard. See What credits are and how they are used.

Move back down, or cancel

On a paid site's Plans page, choose Cancel plan. You can say why (that is optional), then you see what changes: the plan ends on its renewal date, and until then nothing changes. After that the site moves to Free. Your own domain stops showing the site, the ContentMetric badge comes back, the AI allowance drops to 30 credits a month, and connected AI assistants stop working. Your pages, images and form entries all stay.

Changed your mind before the end date? The site shows Ends with the date in the Sites table on the workspace Billing page. Select Keep plan and nothing changes.

Common questions

Who can change the plan or the card? An owner or admin of the workspace. Editors and viewers cannot.

Can I get an invoice with my company name and tax number on it? Yes. Fill in Billing details on the workspace Billing page first, then future receipts carry them.

Something looks wrong on a charge. Write to [email protected] with the date and amount.
